If you have issues seeing or hearing yourself please try the following;


Can't see yourself;

  • Make sure you have a working web camera connected to the device you are using.
  • Click the camera toggle box.  Do you see your camera choices?
  • Try this with a different browser or different device if possible.

Can't hear yourself;

(you don't see the green bar move when you talk)

  • Make sure your microphone is not on mute.
  • Click the microphone toggle box.  Do you see your microphone choices?
  • Check your audio settings on your device.  (make sure microphone is not muted)
  • Try a different browser or different device if possible.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR JOINING

IMPORTANT: Everyone needs a working web camera and microphone.  Please test your device ASAP so we can clear up any difficulties.  The software does not work on smart phones, nor does it work on iPads over 5 years old.

Please do the following:

Make sure your browser is up to date.
Visit this link; http://play.realbridge.online/
and check two things

1. Do you see yourself in video in the bottom right corner? 
2. Speak! Do you see the sound bar moving to the right, proportionally to your volume?
